To this end, we are of the view that in some cases these may present attractive opportunities that we will selectively share with interested investors on our portal.

This is not intended to detract from Magna’s focus and commitment to presenting qualifying real estate opportunities within its defined real estate strategy but rather to share potentially interesting portfolio diversification and investment opportunities being given to us.
